CB’s Deans of Students works with the Principal, the Assistant Principals, counselors and faculty to promote adherence to the student code of conduct. Together, they manage disciplinary consequences, coordinate student health care and oversee the attendance office.

Ms. Marlena Norman joined the Christian Brothers High School community as Dean of Students in 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in education from California State University, Sacramento. Prior to her arrival at CB, Ms. Norman was a school counselor for over 20 years.

Ramón Trejo joined the CB community in 2023 as Co-Dean of Students. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and teaching credential from California State University, Chico.
