Salvador Ramírez ’06, M.P.P.

Salvador Ramírez ’06 joined Christian Brothers High School as the Director of Philanthropy in 2026. Sal brings a strong background in nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, and community engagement. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of Yolo Farm to Fork, leading partnerships and fundraising initiatives that support youth development, sustainability, and education. He previously served as Director of Philanthropy at the California Council on Science and Technology, where he built strategic relationships across California’s philanthropic and public sectors. Throughout his career, Sal has advanced mission-driven work in education, healthcare, and public policy, and he has been an active leader in our region through organizations such as Sacramento Venture Philanthropy and the Sacramento Region Community Foundation. His service as a Peace Corps educator and recognition as a Sacramento Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree further reflect his commitment to leadership and impact. As an alumnus, Sal understands the transformative power of a Christian Brothers education. He is deeply committed to our Lasallian mission and to strengthening relationships across our community to support student access and long-term sustainability.
