This year’s auction will take place on March 14, 2026.
Christian Brothers High School’s annual spring auction includes a gala dinner for over 400 attendees and features a silent and live auction. This is a grand fundraising event with a committee comprised of current and alumni parents, alumni, grandparents, and friends. Volunteer kick-off starts in the summer and meetings begin with the new school year.
Meet our Auction Committee Chairs
We are excited to introduce Samantha Ansted (Ava ’28) and Judy Bernacchi (Gia ’28) as co-chairs for the 2025-2026 Auction. Both Samantha and Judy are parents of current sophomores and are enthusiastic about leading this year’s auction efforts. Their dedication is instrumental in our mission to raise funds for CB’s outstanding educational experience and needs based tuition assistance program.
Samantha and Judy are eager to co-chair the Auction and deepen their engagement with the Christian Brothers community. As Sacramento transplants, they both have grown to love the community they’ve found, particularly through their children’s school communities. Both Sam and Judy previously served for multiple years as co-chairs for the Father/Daughter Dance at Sacred Heart Parish School. They anticipate leveraging this experience to create a memorial event for all.
Outside of their busy lives and volunteer commitments, Samantha and Judy share a passion for travel. Their preferred destinations include Mexico, the British Virgin Islands, and Seattle, where they enjoy attending Seahawks games.
Samantha and Judy extend an open invitation to anyone interested in contributing to or volunteering for the Annual Auction to reach out and become involved.
