Lenaea Winners Take Center Stage at the CB One Acts

The Lenaea Festival is a three day theatre extravaganza with students from 65 high schools hailing from all over Northern and Central California.  Students perform Monologues, Songs, Scenes for two actors and One Act Plays, receive feedback and coaching from theatre professionals, and compete for awards.  This year, 15 CB students competed in all categories.  Jenn Roberts ‘18 received an award for Outstanding Performance in a One Act, and Jacob Cherry won a Gold medal for his monologue from The Seagull.  He was one of 20 actors requested for a command performance at the Closing Ceremony.
