Families and graduates are invited and encouraged to become actively involved in the Christian Brothers High School community as volunteers. With the many events and activities taking place on campus, there are numerous opportunities to join in our Falcon Faithful.
The Falcon Faithful
CB’s Falcon Faithful enhance our school community by fostering a spirit of unity, collaboration, and belonging. Rooted in our shared values, Falcon Faithful members commit to proactively supporting CB’s Lasallian Catholic mission. All parents and guardians, who by virtue of their connection to the school, are considered members and invited to participate further by joining the committee and/or becoming a volunteer.
Meetings between CB staff and Falcon Faithful members encourage shared space where open dialogue, mutual respect, and constructive partnership thrive. Through active listening and meaningful contributions, the voices and insights of parents/guardians impact the spiritual, academic, and social well-being of all students. By cultivating strong, trust-based relationships among all partners, Falcon Faithful supports the continued growth and excellence of our school.
Groups such as our Lasallian Parent Ambassadors, Friends of the Arts, the Alumni Engagement Committee, and the CB Auction Committee help ensure that CB is the place to be for all of our students, families, and graduates! Requirements for all Christian Brothers High School Volunteers
To ensure the safety of our students all volunteers at Christian Brothers High School are required to:
- Create a volunteer account at cbhs.volunteerhub.com
- Complete Live Scan fingerprinting*
- Complete Tuberculosis (TB) Test*
- Additional steps may be necessary depending on the volunteer role.
- If you anticipate volunteering for opportunities in direct contact with students for more than 30 hours, please complete the State of CA Mandated Reporter Volunteer Training at https://www.mandatedreporterca.com/training/volunteers and forward a copy of your completed certificate to volunteer@cbhs-sacramento.org.
