CB’s Choral Program boasts six choral groups—Women’s Chorus, Men’s Chorus, Concert Choir, Chamber Chorus, Honors Chorale and Honors Vocal Jazz, along with two student led choral groups, De la Femme and De La Dudes. Choirs enjoy performing at various school and community events such as the annual Christmas concert, the Real Men Sing and the Women’s Golden Empire Festivals at CSU Sacramento, Disney Recording Studio Workshop, Hollywood Bowl- a fun end-of-the year celebration event on the main lawn and many more.
The Music department offers a four-year arts program allowing students to pursue advanced study. Participants in the four-year arts program will have one semester of the PE requirement waived to allow for the extra courses in the chosen arts discipline.
