October 3, 2022 Online Tuition Assistance Application Open
Tuition assistance applications are available online from our website beginning on Monday, October 3, 2022. Completed applications must be submitted by Thursday, January 5, 2023. October 2022 – January 2023 Shadow Visits
A Shadow Day is an opportunity for eighth grade students to experience firsthand what it is like to attend CB. Our guests are paired with a current CB student and follow the hosting student’s schedule. Visits for students currently attending our area Catholic schools are scheduled by the eighth grade teachers. Guests are invited to schedule a visit here.
January 5, 2023 Application Due Date
The online application and $55 registration fee are due. Submitting the application and registration fee automatically registers your child for the placement exam on Saturday, January 7, 2023. Once you complete the online application, your parent portal will be created. From the portal, you will email requests for the following: Principal/Counselor Recommendation, English Teacher Recommendation, Math Teacher Recommendation, and Request for Grades and Test Scores. Once these online forms are submitted, the checklist will be updated.
January 5, 2023 Tuition Assistance Application Due Date
Tuition assistance applications are due. For more information, visit our website and click on Tuition Assistance under the Admissions tab.
January 7, 2023 High School Placement Test
The High School Placement Test for Christian Brothers will be held at our campus. Please arrive no later than 8:45 a.m. on Saturday morning. The test will begin promptly at 9 a.m. and will end at approximately 12:30 p.m. Please bring two sharpened No. 2 pencils. Calculators are not permitted. If you need to take the make-up exam on Saturday, January 14, 2023, please contact the Admissions Office.
January 13, 2023 Recommendation Forms
The completed principal and teacher evaluation forms, report cards from 6th, 7th, and the first semester of 8th grade, as well as standardized test scores from 6th, 7th, and 8th grade, if applicable, must be received in the Admissions Office. Once you complete the online application, your parent portal will be created. From the portal, you will email requests for the following: Principal/Counselor Recommendation, English Teacher Recommendation, Math Teacher Recommendation, and Request for Grades and Test Scores. Once these online forms are submitted, your checklist is updated.
February 17, 2023 Letter Day
Letters of decision are mailed.
February 27, 2023 Online Enrollment Opens
Online enrollment opens on Monday, February 27, and closes on Monday, March 20, 2023.
March 20, 2023 Online Enrollment Closes
Students must enroll by Monday, March 20, 2023, to secure a spot in the Class of 2027.
April 19, 2023 Welcome Class of 2027
Frosh Welcome Night will take place in the Jack Witry Field House. Welcome to our Christian Brothers family!
